In addition Diane has thorough advanced knowledge of  Windows  Operating System technology in  98 , XP, Vista, and Windows Server releases and is Microsoft © Certified. She has working knowledge in the UNIX operating system enviroment. Her greatest expertise is in techical support for the novice up to the experienced user. Her friendly and humorous way of helping users through problems makes them feel comfortable and able to learn quickly and painlessly.Diane has been involved in online telecommunications for many years and her knowledge of the internet and its related software and possiblities is quite comprehensive.
